Membership PROGRAMs
We offer a range of programs for all ages and the whole family! Must have an active membership to participate, zero signup fees and low monthly rates! Make sure to check our Facility Schedule to make sure the times work for you.
Lap Swim
Excercise-based swimming; swimmers should be swimming laps and organized in lanes according to ability and speed. At busier times it may be necessary to share a lane. If you need assistance finding the best lane to share with, please don't hesitate to ask the lifeguard on duty. Swimmers must be 16 years or older to use the facility without parent supervision.
OPEN SWIM
Leisure-based swimming for the whole family. Perfect time for young swimmers to practice & play with their parents in the water. Lap swim is available during all Open Swim times, please understand the pool will be shared with children playing. Children must be able to pass a deep water Swim Test to swim without an adult in-the-water with them.
OPen GYM
Our Gym and Weight Room are available at select times for general use. Users must be 16 years or older to use the gym. WEST Team athletes under 16 years old must have a WEST Coach present.
Water Aerobics
Take the plunge and try our low-impact water aerobics workout class that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance. It's fun and can be as challenging as you make it. An instructor will lead you through a series of moves, set to music to keep you motivated.
Masters Group
Welcome to WEST Masters where adult swimmers of all levels participate. Some of our Master Swimmers compete and some just do it for social fitness, but either way we all have a lot of fun!
